To celebrate the end of the season, the 2012 Recipient of the ?Best of Philly: Wine List? award, a.kitchen (135 South 18th St.) will begin offering an extensive, rotating list of special Ros?s and Rieslings by-the-glass beginning August 24th. Wines will be available in three- and five-ounce pours, and costs will range from $6-16. The breakdown is as follows:

6 ros?s by-the-glass, ranging from ?bright and tart? to? supple and rich? including: La Clarine Farm, a California foot-stomped, unfiltered Syrah and Mourvedre blend; and an organic direct-press Cabernet Franc from Chinon, France.
>>>Saturday, September 1 ? Friday, September 21
8 ?intriguing? rieslings with mostly German QmP (highest quality classification) pours as well as a few from France and New York state.
